Aurivo is hosting a series of Farm Safety walks in conjunction with FBD on July 18 & 19. Similar accidents occur each year, with livestock, machinery and falls from heights some of the main causes of farm deaths.

The farm walks will focus on these three keys areas of safety:

1. Tractor & vehicle safety
2. Livestock Safety
3. Slurry/Farm Buildings/Construction Safety and Work at Height

With thanks to the host farms, Aurivo/FBD Farm Safety walkabouts take place on:

• Monday, 18 July at 7pm                Ed Payne, Tulsk, County Roscommon
• Tuesday 19 July at 12 noon          Jim Egan, Claremorris, County Mayo
• Tuesday 19 July  at 7pm                Jack Porter, St Johnston, County Donegal
