The ICOS Skillnet was nominated and shortlisted for an award in the category, Best Learning and Development Organisation, in the sub-category, “Networks & Groups”.

The awards attracted applications from a large number of organisations, including but not limited to the Irish Cancer Society, Cork Chamber of Commerce, the Irish Centre for Business Excellence, the Summit Finuas Network and XL Vets Skillnet.

The IITD National Training Awards in Association with Harvest Resources Ltd is recognised as the premier Learning & Development event for industry.  The purpose of the IITD National Training Awards is to promote excellence, best practice and innovation in Training and Learning & Development, and to highlight the importance of this area in today’s business climate.

Although ICOS Skillnet did not win the main award, they did achieve a certificate as a runner up.
