New ICOS European Affairs Executive
Alison Graham, from Mallow, Co. Cork has taken up the role of European Affairs Executive, based in the ICOS Brussels office. Alison has a bachelor’s degree in European Studies from UL and a graduate certificate in Environmental Sustainability from UCD.
She has been living and working in Brussels for the last two years, most recently for the German multinational chemical company, Bayer, within their crop science division. During this time, she was involved in advocacy on a range of policy topics including environmental sustainability, EU chemical regulation, agricultural policy and trade. Prior to this she worked for MEP Sean Kelly, from Ireland South, on topics relating his work on climate change, energy policy and international trade agreements.
