As part of our on-going drive to support the co-operative sector, in up-skilling and continuous professional development, ICOS Skillnet is delighted to announce that we have now been approved as an Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD) quality assured training provider.

The Irish Institute of Training & Development, is a professional body representing members concerned with human resource training and development in Ireland, by inspiring excellence in practice to develop individuals and organisations to reach their full potential. The IITD is also a QQI Registered Training Provider, offering formal qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ).

ICOS Skillnet are currently approved to deliver a Full Management Development Programme, which holds endorsement by the IITD and is independently validated.

The programme mixes lectures and workshops with self-directed learning, covering leadership, influencing and delegation, change management, communications and assertiveness, performance management, conflict resolution, commercial awareness, time management and the importance of high quality HR practices.
