Minister Michael Creed highlighted the supports available for Irish agri food companies including SMEs at the 14^th Meeting of the Food Wise 2025 Implementation Committee.

The Minister referenced support under Enterprise Ireland’s Capital Investment Initiative which is open to all SME companies. Furthermore, the Minister noted that the Brexit Loan Scheme announced in Budget 2018 will be in place by the end of March 2018. The scheme will provide up to €300 million of working capital finance to Irish businesses impacted by Brexit, including food companies.
