
Rural Business Committee
The ICOS Rural Business Committee is responsible for the promotion and communication of co-operative model to rural business and community sectors with potential for co-operation and assisting groups interested in establishing co-operatives in the incorporation of their entity.

The Committee also works on informing local and national Development Agencies about the potential for the co-operative model in their developmental work. This includes work in lobbying Government Departments on the development of policy and legislation that supports the establishment of co-operatives in rural business sectors.
