A group of over 90 Kerry Co-op members travelled to Germany and France last week as part of the organisation’s celebration of 50 years. They visited farms and the EU Parliament in Strasbourg during their 5 day excursion.

ICOS in Brussels along with the French Co-operative umbrella body La Coopération Agricole organised a field trip to two farms in Gimbrett, a rural farming region north of Strasbourg along the French-German border.

The farms owner Freddie Bohr is a former World Ploughing Champion. Afterwards the group met with the President and CEO of Alsace Lait https://www.alsace-lait.com/.
