The programme organised by ICOS – the Irish Co-operative Organisation Society – is designed to inform and challenge agribusiness leaders as they make important decisions around the strategic direction of their own co-operatives in the future.

Congratulating participants, ICOS President Pat McLoughlin said “ It’s imperative today more than ever before that our co-op boards reflect the skills sets and qualifications necessary to drive developments in the ever changing and increasing globalised dairy industry.  The education and knowledge acquired by our graduates during their studies will have a beneficial impact on their leadership and contribution at board level, while also contributing to the continuing success of the Irish dairy industry in the future.”
